Naperville is a city I want to do a better job of getting out to more often because they have an incredible food scene. They’ve put a ton of work into the downtown over the last few years and it really shows. There’s a ton of amazing restaurants and cute areas to walk around post or pre dinner. One of my dear friends just moved near the downtown so I will definitely be checking out more restaurants in this area with her moving forward.

Fat Rosie’s has a few locations in the Chicagoland area and it is no surprise why there is always a huge crowd no matter the day or time. Their food tastes incredibly fresh and their frozen margs are quite delicious. Didn’t try their guac, which is usually the main test for me, if guac is no good it says a lot about the restaurant, however, their queso fundido was incredible and I have heard nothing but great things about their street corn esquites. The Quesabirria was this perfect combo of taco and quesasdilla and would definitely get it again and recommend it for others. Fat Rosie’s is a place I would go back to and bring others to try it as well. My overall rating: 10/10!
