One thing I’ve often thought about when it comes to restaurants in the suburbs vs restaurants in the city is that you will have people from the suburbs go into Chicago for dinner but you don’t often have people from the city coming out to suburbs. Probably due to the city offering any cuisine imaginable and people not having a car most of the time, but there are lots of great restaurants in the suburbs that need to get more recognition. This one in particular. Located right along the train line for the western suburbs, it’s in a perfect location for people from all over to come enjoy this new Italian restaurant. It’s not a huge restaurant on the inside but it feels very welcoming when you walk in.

Their FOOD!!! I don’t even know where to start! It’s definitely not a place you can eat at all the time but it’s the perfect cheat meal. I have never been to Italy (someday soon hopefully) but I beg to say that this food rivals what you may get in Naples or Rome. If I am wrong or if you are Italian reading this please don’t come for me. I will just have to get to Italy and compare it myself. They are known for their pasta that they make in house along with their Neapolitan pizza that is cooked in a wood fire oven sent directly from Italy. Their food is just so decadent and rich. Would definitely recommend splitting plates if you go with multiple people. Since it was my family’s first time, we felt like we had to try a little of everything to test it all out. Some of our favorites were the Margherita Pizza and their Burrata Ravioli. Our waiter did let us know that the head chef likes to switch up the menu to fit what produce is in season so the menu is not always a constant. Already can’t wait for my next visit to try some other scrumptious dishes. My rating 10/10.
