Cactus in Bellevue, Washington

If you are looking for a good Tex-Mex inspired cuisine in Seattle surrounding area, Cactus is a great choice. There’s many locations to choose from all around the Greater Seattle neighborhood. Cactus was actually one of the first restaurants I ate at when I first moved here and it became one of the places I would often take guest to when they came to visit. They take classic Mexican dishes and twist it with their own Texas uniqueness. I have yet to find a dish that I don’t enjoy when I go there.

After you’re seated, you’re given chips and some delicious fresh salsa. If you’re looking for an appetizer to share at the table, highly recommend their Guacamole (Austin Style) which consists of their traditional guacamole that is covered with a green chili queso and topped with their house pico de gallo. Absolutely droll worthy. Make sure to check out their many margarita options to top that off with. For the entree you can’t go around with some of their Tacos, Enchiladas or other classics. Their Butternut Squash Enchilada, Chicken Fried Chicken, Camarones Tacos and Carne Asda are just a few of my favorite dishes I’ve had while visiting. Like I said, you can’t go wrong. My rating 9/10.
